Missy Flowers- Reception
I am one of the most blessed girls alive! Best thing about me, second only to my God, is Keagon Flowers, my son! It's the greatest privilege in life to be his mom. Anyone can be a mother but I'm his MOM! I thank God for that opportunity!
I'm really protective of those I care about- family and friends. I enjoy spending time with my family, the outdoors, camping, fishing, horses, gardening, and enjoying what God has given and never take any of it for granted. I love the special people that God has placed in my life with extraordinary love! I love the life He gives and live it to the fullest, laughing each and every time I get a chance.
I never want to forget to thank God for making all this possible because my God makes all things possible, he blesses me with love immeasurable and grace unknown! My motto: "The most important things in life aren't things.
Rebekah Odom- Practice Manager
I was born in Lubbock on September 6th 1991 but grew up in the Dallas metroplex until I moved back right before high school. In May 2010, I graduated high school and married my high school sweetheart two months later in July. We now live happily together on our 12.5 acre property in his home town of Post, TX.
Chase and I don't have any human children, but we do share our home with a chocolate lab named Gander, a brindle boxer named Stoney, a pug named Patsy, two cats, Archie and Veronica, and three Quarter horses, JJ, Lucky, and Rhett.
I have always enjoyed having and working with animals but I had never considered a career in the veterinary profession until I reached my twenties. Previously, I was a stable manager at an exotic ranch and horse stables. I trained horses and gave beginner riding lessons among a multitude of other tasks and always thought that was how I wanted to make a living. After doing that for several years, I decided that was not the route I wanted to go in life and entertained several options including veterinary school or a career in psychology. In the meantime, I landed a job as a technician here at FVC and fell in love with the patients, the clients, the clinic, and its mission. I was later offered the job as the practice manager and accepted! My "why" for working as a veterinary professional is helping families by helping their beloved pets. I discovered that I was passionate about animal nursing, being a voice for the voiceless, and yes, even at times, holding the hands and paws of clients and patients as they made the hard decisions and crossed over the rainbow bridge. Now its difficult to see myself doing anything else!
I consider myself extremely blessed by God and pray to be humble and grateful every day for the life He has blessed me with.
Jennifer Gaines- Technician

Bekah Odom who works here at the clinic with me, Jessica, my twin that is in the United States Navy, my brother Logan who is in the United States Air Force, and my youngest brother, Landon who is still in school.

I have been so blessed to join the FVC family and staff! My co-workers are so great to work with and I love my job. I am learning something new every day and I love getting sick animals healthy and back into their families' arms!
My live quote and advice to people if asked would be "If it all comes crashing down, kneel and leave it to God."
Nicole Busby- Technician
Kelsey Glen- Technician
Hey everyone, my name is Kelsey! I am originally from Clovis, NM where I was born and raised. I have one sister who is 19 months younger than me named Kadie. We get called twins often since we look so much alike. God has truly blessed me with the most amazing parents who have always been so supportive of me. A little bit about my schooling, I graduated from Clovis High School in May of 2010 with honors. From there I attended Clovis Community College where I graduated with an Associates Degree in general studies shortly after graduating high school. I decided I wanted to be a Texan so I attended South Plains College to get some more basics out of the way before transferring to West Texas A&M University in Canyon, TX. I graduated in December 2014 with a Bachelors Degree in Equine Industry and Agribusiness, with a minor in Animal Science.
I grew up showing horses at the local horse shows and have been riding since I was old enough to walk. I gave up horse showing after going to college and the passing of my 26 year old show horse, Bunny. I got lonely at South Plains and decided to rescue a French Bulldog whom I named Kardi. Kardi has been with me for 5 years now and has been such a blessing in my life. Two years ago, at the age of 4, Kardi suddenly became paralyzed. Surgery wasn't an option for her so I got her a pink wheelchair and the rest is history. Kardi and I now volunteer as a therapy team where we visit local nursing homes, hospitals, and rehab centers. We want to teach the world that disabilities do not define who you are and what you are capable of doing. I also have another rescue dog named Bonnie Rose who is a Boston Terrier. Bonnie has some brain damage but is such a happy little girl who truly loves life. I guess you could say I have a special place in my heart for the specially-abled animals.
I recently relocated from Amarillo, Tx where I worked at a large veterinary hospital with seven veterinarians. I absolutely love working with animals and thier families too. I am so thankful I found Frenship Vet Clinic and have the opportunity to work here. I look forward to meeting each and every one of you and your sweet pets!
Jessica Yates- Technician
I was born on March 10th, 1982 in Pensacola at the Naval Hospital in Florida. My father was in the Navy. When he retired we moved to Arlington then to Mansfield. I developed my passion for animals from my mother who is one of the most kind gentle people you could meet. Growing up we always had all sorts of critters in the house. As a child, we would travel to visit our grandparents in Indiana. My grandmother worked for Dr. Brocksmith DVM in Vicennes and I loved going to the clinic to see her and the animals. Today, my mother and my aunt Karen work with Baron Brocksmith DVM who took over his fathers practice when he retired. Growing up in Mansfield, my father gave my sister and I two horses to enjoy. Spending time at the barn are my fondest childhood memories.
After graduating high school I enrolled to college at UT Arlington to pursue a degree in dental hygiene but shortly after, felt that profession was not what I wanted to pursue. I began my first job at a vet clinic called Arkansas Browning Animal Clinic and almost a year later met my future husband and moved to Lubbock. Though our marriage didn't last, I had fallen in love with Lubbock and didn't want to leave. Since I have worked at several vet clinics and I love what I have chosen to do.
Since, I met the perfect man for me and at our home 4 miles from Shallowater, we raise my 5 year old son and his two sons. We have a wonderful life and I couldn't ask for anything more. I have been blessed beyond belief. I am so thankful for everything that God has given me. I am extremely thankful for the opportunity to be working at Frenship Vet Clinic. I look forward to working with them for may years!
