In Case of an Emergency

If you have an emergency outside of our regular business hours please call 806-866-2838 or 806-535-3564.  You must leave a message.  If you do not leave a message we will not call back!  If you do not receive a call back within 5 minutes please call the emergency clinic at 806-797-6483.

Small animal emergencies outside of our regular business hours may be handled at Frenship Vet Clinic or they may be referred to the Small Animal Emergency Clinic at 5103 A-34 th St. Lubbock, TX., telephone number 806-797-6483.  This will generally be determined on a case by case basis following the initial telephone conversation, with the best interest of the patient in mind. If we refer your pet to the Emergency Clinic, then we feel this is in the best interest of your pet because the emergency clinic is fully staffed during these hours.  Therefore, they can provide the best care for your pet during these hours.

During the week your pet will be discharged from the Small Animal Emergency Clinic by 7am the following morning.  On weekends they will be discharged by 7am Monday morning if not before.  When they are discharged we will resume care for them if needed.
